Sengkang Health will manage the 1,400-bed Sengkang General & Community Hospitals, and when it opens in 2018, will be one of Singapore’s largest. Tangible were tasked with articulating the new hospital’s place within the community. ‘Better Health Together’ became the purpose statement, with the objective to encourage the community to embrace health related issues.
Marketing & Communications
A new identity reflected life-stage nature of responsible healthcare within the community. We also developed a secondary graphic system that celebrated the Sengkang & Punggol region, while highlighting 5 areas of health & wellness Sengkang Health wanted to focus on.
People & Culture
Much of our work in this area revolved around getting the local communities involved in the project. This meant an extensive engagement process with grassroot leaders, healthcare partners and staff within SingHealth.
Products & Services
Our brand hypotheses process outlined the product & service expectations for differing positioning options. This gave the leadership team the opportunity to fully evaluate the delivery implication to their positioning commitments.
Spaces & Places
As the site will be under construction for the next few years, Tangible developed a series of hoarding to educate and inspire local residents with the new healthcare offer.
