The 2GO brand had been created to represent the logistics & delivery business of the transport services arm of the Aboitiz Group. In line with industry evolution & aspirations to create a more integrated offer, we helped to reposition its brand to focus on offering customers flexibility to choose from a range of solutions.
Marketing & Communications
A refreshed visual & verbal tool-kit, tagline & communications system reinforced the central role of 2GO’s staff in identifying & offering the right solutions to customers. The website design features a new menu system & tools that allow customers to personalise the way they manage their supply chain.
People & Culture
A brand induction pack, including a corporate video, brand book & corporate presentation was developed as a communications tool to engage staff, partners & customers.
Products & Services
In line with its brand, 2GO’s product menu needed to reflect an integrated offer instead of traditional lines of business. It had to make it easy for customers to find the right service from simple package delivery to complex supply chain solutions. In a workshop, we evaluated different menu configurations with management & then finalized the menu by creating graphic icons to represent different services.
Spaces & Places
While Tangible did not develop any branded spaces for 2GO, the brand promise of ‘Flexible Solutions’ would have provided an excellent starting point to develop either their retail stores or corporate offices. Think of how 2GO could showcase their suite of solutions and offer and customers and staff more flexibility.
