Marketing & Communications
Tangible worked with the teams from UrbanFox and its parent company – Keppel Logistics – to develop and introduce the new brand to Southeast Asia. The name ‘UrbanFox’ reflects the character and ambition of a nimble company using technology to offer omnichannel logistics services throughout the region. The ‘fox-box’ logo illustrates the multi-faceted nature of the offer. Tangible then developed the visual & verbal language together with a suite of marketing collaterals for the brand, including the new website. We then ideated with the UrbanFox team marketing & communication initiatives to activate the brand.
People & Culture
Tangible developed brand values that reflect both the ambition of UrbanFox and the desired company culture. The brand was then cascaded through briefing sessions with regional partners.
Products & Services
Tangible reviewed the appropriate linkage to the parent company Keppel Logistics, and also developed naming conventions for the various lines of business and product offers.
