Every communication touch point of the business has been aligned to the new purpose statement. A new identity reflected the dynamic nature of the business. Communications highlight the integrated value chain & a verbal identity tailored key messages to different stakeholder groups. Tangible also developed an image library & website to ensure in an industry where marketing is often overlooked Halcyon Agri would stand out from the crowd.
People & Culture
Tangible developed a brand book for all members of staff to understand Halcyon Agri’s purpose, its core values & integrated offer. By uniting all the different uniform designs we sent a strong signal to all staff that no matter what business they worked for, they all shared a common purpose.
Products & Services
Tangible helped to visually align all the different business units within the Halcyon Agri Group & also developed a new product brand ‘HeveaPro’ for Halcyon Agri’s own Natural Rubber products. The HeveaPro brand ensures customers that the products, not only adheres to international standards but also commit Halcyon Agri to specific health, safety & environmental standards.
Spaces & Places
By creating a signage & communication system for the many different business units, we helped reinforce the message from senior management that each business unit was part of a larger family & needed to adopt best practices from one another.
