International Branding
About
EDGE is Enterprise Singapore’s single grant for business upgrading, replacing EDG, MRA and PSG for new applications from 30 September 2026. Its International Branding activity supports brand research, brand strategy and brand identity that help you expand into overseas markets. It pays for professional fees, not production.
We’re here to support and guide you through the journey.
- Up to 70% of eligible professional fees for SMEs
- Up to 50% for non-SME businesses
- Up to S$100,000 in grant support per company each year, shared across all EDGE activities
Eligibility
Business entity registered and operating in Singapore
Company has at least 30% local equity.
Held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership.
No work has started and no deposit has been paid before you apply.
A payment or deposit to a supplier before you submit your application makes your company ineligible.
How To
Apply
Decide your overseas market and expansion plan.
Note: You will submit your overseas market strategy, plus sales and jobs projections for the year after the project.
Engage management consultants with the Singapore Accreditation Council.
Tangible is PMC-Certified, making us an eligible consultant to engage with.
Prepare your Project Proposal and other Supporting Documents.
We help you prepare them to meet EDGE’s requirements. The application itself must come from your company.
Apply for the grant on the Business Grants Portal.
The outcome comes in about 10 weeks. Do not start work or pay a deposit before you submit.
Once approved, claims can be submitted when all project deliverables have been achieved.
You engage an auditor for the claim. The grant is reimbursed after completion, in 14 working days by PayNow or up to 8 weeks by GIRO.

The GDR is an initiative \that supports both design and non-design companies in building a practice of design research1 that strengthens business sustainability and drives impactful innovation through design.
We’re here to support and guide you through journey.
- Up to 70% of eligible costs for local SMEs
- Capped at SGD$50,000
Eligibility
Business entity registered and operating in Singapore.
Have been incorporated for a minimum of 2 years
Have evidence of existing design research capabilities from past projects.
How To
Apply
Carry ouy and complete the research project
Conduct a mid-point presentation and submit all mid-point materials on the research area(s)
Have evidence of existing design research capabilities from past projects.
Conduct a final presentation and submit all materials on the Proof of Concept
Submit a Project report
