Our challenge was to help AboitizLand use its brand to build its reputation in the real estate industry. To do this we translated their brand promise into opportunities for their organisation & used this to engage staff in generating ideas for shaping the business.
Marketing & Communications
The “Community Life” logo & “Made for Life” tagline were created together with a communication toolkit that included a visual identity system, a “Kodak” moments photo library & a brand messaging guide.
People & Culture
Through ideation workshops, the management team created & aligned ideas for signature features in their property projects & the pre & post-sale customer experience. The brand was launched in a 2-day event that included a “family day”.

A brand architecture that incorporated new & complementary segments of business activity was created to accommodate future growth.

Tangible develop the ‘TOP 10’ features required for a ‘Nurturing Community”. This meant when AboitizLand were looking to develop a new site, the ‘TOP 10’ would be taken into consideration as selection & development criteria.
