As one of Singapore’s leading construction companies, TiongSeng approached Tangible to help with their internal branding efforts. As the construction industry is very project focused the result is, once a project is completed, many staff move on. Our project scope was aimed at reducing this attrition.

Tangible developed a refreshed brand identity for TiongSeng together with a complete set of Visual & Verbal Core Elements. With the visual system we developed a very innovative style, which was backed up with a more rigorous verbal system.
People & Culture
Tangible’s ‘Campfire’ workshops focus on the internal aspect of the brand and focused on two areas. The first was codifying the ‘TiongSeng Way’ to ensure that knowledge was captured and shared effectively throughout the organization. The second area was to build a culture of knowledge & learning by ideating the induction process for new employees.
Products & Services
Tangible developed the brand architecture for TiongSeng, to present consistent lines of business & consistent brands, within each business unit. We created the ‘TiongSeng Group’ as the brand name for the holding company and encouraged TiongSeng to stop presenting their businesses by their full legal name.
Spaces & Places
Tangible developed a suite of environmental graphics to inspire and inform the workforce with their new brand. Applications included reception & office signage, site hoardings and safety signage.
